This notice explains how we handle personal information you share with us through kajco.io, mainly when you send us an enquiry. It does not cover the Kajco Credit app. The app has its own privacy policy, which you will see before you sign up.

Who we are

Kajco Finance Ltd runs this website. It is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16320323) and is the controller of personal information collected through kajco.io.

Our Nigerian subsidiary, Kajco Lending Services Ltd (RC 8384389), operates Kajco Credit in Nigeria. It is registered with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC/DCP/07167). Where an enquiry relates to our operations in Nigeria, we may share it with Kajco Lending Services Ltd so it can respond.

Who we share it with

We operate in the United Kingdom and Nigeria, and some of our service providers are based in other countries, including the United States. When your information moves between countries, we use the safeguards required by law, such as standard contractual clauses or international data transfer agreements, and transfer only what is needed.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and related correspondence for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we need to keep them longer for a legal reason or because you become a partner, investor or customer. In that case the relevant agreement or privacy policy will apply.

We use access controls, secure (HTTPS) connections and reputable service providers, and limit access to people who need it. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, so please don't send sensitive information such as bank details or ID numbers through the enquiry form.
